Rental Rules

No Unregistered Guest
Only registered guest and as promised on the quantity will be allowed to be in the apartment. We don’t want the tenant start calling other parties and start and unhealthy event.

Deposit
A RM50 deposit will hold while checking in and will be return while checking out.
A copy of customer’s NRIC will be require upon checking in.

Check In & Check Out
Check in time is at 2.00pm and Check Out Time is at 12.00pm.
An additional of RM25 an hour will be charge for late check out.

Lost of Key Fee
Always keep your key with you in your pocket. Lost keys will incur a fee of X amount
as we have to reorder another set.

No Noise
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No parties, loud music, loud singing.

Foods
Only Halal foods and non alcoholic drinks are allowed in the apartment.

Pets
No pets allowed in the apartment.

No Eating in The Bedroom
Food and drink stains are a huge problem.Therefore, no eating or drinking in the bedroom. We will need a compensation from the guest if food or drink stains appear.

Displays
There are many original artworks such as paintings and photography being display in the apartment. Please be careful with it because once broken or vandalised it is consider sold to the tenant.

Do The Dishes
All dishes must be clean upon checkout. If dishes are not done, an additional cleaning fee will be incur.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Guest can smoke outside or at designated but please don’t throw the cigarette butts on the corridor floor. Use the ashtray provided.

Lock
Please lock the door and grill before you leave the apartment. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

Swimming Pool
Please remember the apartment unit number which is N3 00 04 when you were ask by the security or the person in charge of the recreation. Please wear an appropriate swimming attire and follow the rules as proposed on the signboard. RM50 will be fine if you fail to follow the rules and the homestay operator is not responsible for it.

Parking
Park your car in any yellow box on the tarmac area/open car park. The yellow boxes are for visitors parking or car with visitors placard. Please don’t park in the basement area as it is all private parking. Please display your overnight pass on the windscreen for security purpose.

Your car will be clamp if you fail to follow the rules imposed by the apartment management. Vehicle owner will be fine RM50 to unclamp their vehicle and the homestay operator is not responsible for it.

Accident
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Switch Off
Turn off the electronic device plugs, aircond, lights, gas cooker after use. Only leave the refrigerator on.

Waste
All rubbish and kitchen waste shall be tied and throw or leave it outside the front door upon checking out. Please throw sanitary pads and pampers in separate plastic bags and not in the rooms or kitchen waste bins .

Towels
Please put all wet towels and other used clothing inside the washing machine before you check out.
